In 2005, with the help of friends (and the bank), I bought an old house in Devon with 10 apartments/cottages in the grounds.

Together we grow vegetables in the walled garden and poly tunnels, and organise events - mainly singing. It's a beautiful place to live and there is a real sense of community. If you would like to see a picture, go to www.bowdenhouse.co.uk

I live in one of the coach house flats with my teenage daughter and I'm in the second year of training to be an Alexander Teacher.
